Here at Edam Group, we have once again been recognised for our continued commitment to people, with a stellar two star accreditation from Best Companies.
The certification concerns itself with the engagement of the people working within an organisation and rated us with the second highest accolade, heralding our company as having outstanding levels of engagement within the workforce.
The Best Companies scheme believes ‘an engaged workforce is more motivated and productive because people take pride in what they are doing and have faith in those around them. This leads to better working relationships, greater collaboration and ultimately a more successful organisation.’
The judging process is rigorous and included a survey which was sent out to our staff, who were asked questions relating to life at EDAM.

This is our third such accolade this year, having also triumphed at the UK Customer Service Excellence Awards and UK CX Awards – well deserved achievements after the hard work put in by all to achieve superb customer service and investment in culture.
Steve continued; “It’s great to see such an improvement in our engagement, especially given the business growth we have enjoyed this last 12 months. A big part of this has been our continued work around redefining and resetting the expectations of leadership at all levels in the group and developing the leadership team’s capabilities.”
