Calls appearing to come from our Manchester office phone number
We have recently been made aware of a number of people receiving calls purporting to come from EasiDrive, specifically showing as coming from our Manchester office phone number (0345 8000 800) wishing to discuss road traffic accidents.
If you are one of the individuals affected, we can assure you that it was not EasiDrive, nor any representative of this organisation, that called you. It appears to be a scam where someone is trying to appear as a reputable organisation and mask their real identity.
EasiDrive offers specialist post-accident management services to businesses and individuals alike. Our approach is not, and never will be, to cold call people to discuss a claim.
Nuisance calls and phone number spoofing is a common problem. Ofcom has issued some guidance on their website to help you understand what call spoofing is and how you can report it if you believe you are a victim.
